DT | Mosaic Series: Breathing Space for Women Part 2
Join us in partnership with Mosaic as we take time for self care and mental wellness.
Session 2 of 4: Embracing Enough, Letting Go of Scarcity: The spiral of scarcity keeps the hustle in place. We prove our worth, hustle for our value, and drown out the voice inside saying YOU ARE ENOUGH. We’ll practice accessing our enough-ness so we can help others do the same.
Why: Time to pause and breathe.
A community with space to listen to your own voice.
Ongoing encouragement to trust what you hear.
What to Expect: This four-part series is created to provide you a hard stop on your calendar. Collaborators are mindfully chosen to give you experiences of concepts that can be fleeting and hard to grasp in rhythm of regular life. You'll see familiar faces and new ones facilitating sessions that aim to help you stop and breathe, explore the concepts with curiosity through personal exploration, and send you away with one thing to cultivate over the month in between sessions. You will be introduced to different practices and perspectives.
**Please note: Lunch will be served at 12:30 with the session beginning at that time. Suggested arrival time is 12:15. This session will end at 4:00 pm.**
This event is co-facilitated by Rachel Keck and Carrie Glover:

Rachel has spent her professional life in the world of small business in nearly every role from project manager to founder. Straight out of college, she joined a small, woman-owned business fulfilling government contracts for trade show and event planning. She then worked with dental practices supporting small business owners with practice management, training, hardware and software. Her experience has led to strengths in strategy, operations, people and emotional intelligence.
She continues to be a learner, intentionally seeking ways to grow and expand herself, her business, her clients and their businesses. Rachel brings a strong curiosity and the ability to listen in a way that deepens understanding and grows awareness.
Carrie Glover’s passion is coming alongside clients who have experienced trauma, wounding, disconnection from identity, major life changes, grief, and relationship difficulties. She is honored to sit with client's as they wrestle with some of the difficulties created by the human experience. Carrie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Kansas with experience working with individuals, families, and couples.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, meaningful conversations with friends and family, reading, fishing, hiking, playing the piano, exploring the beautiful city of Kansas City... among other things this beautiful life has to offer.
