She has been studying company culture for 20+ years, leading cultures, and wrote the book about being All-In in 2010. Kelly is an adjunct professor of Leadership, CSR, and Strategic Career Management in the MBA program for Rockhurst University, a contributor to Forbes.com, and the author of two books. Her BA is from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame and her MBA is from Rockhurst University. She holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations.
