DT | Sell YOUrself! - Should You Go For No? Asking for What You Want!
If your daily life involves persuading someone to see your point of view and understanding theirs, or if you are involved in creating client experiences at any level, you are in sales!
The problem is, everyone thinks that sales is bad. Sales is unethical. Sales is slimy. Sales is talking people into doing things they don’t want to do. The truth is, sales is helping people make decisions.
If you are a solopreneuer, entreprenueur or if your goal is to find a new job, get a promotion, get a raise, go into politics, fundraise for nonprofits, or advance your career - you need to learn how to position yourself, get in front of the right people, and ASK for what you want.
That is what SALES is. Positioning yourself as the best person for the task, to the right people, and asking them for what you want.
This 3 part series will help you learn to sell yourself, in whatever capacity you need to, to help you reach your goals.
Part 1: Know Yourself, Know your End Game, Know Your Target and Position Yourself as a Pro
Part 2: Build Relationships and Ask Great Questions
Part 3: Should You Go For No? Asking for What You Want!
