This presentation will provide an overview of stress and its effects on physical and emotional health. How does stress manifest itself in daily life, and what are the physical and emotional ramifications? We will investigate how to distinguish normal daily stress from a more serious problem such as generalized anxiety disorder or depression, and examine the scientifically validated strategies for management of stress, including lifestyle modifications.
