Mark Comfort, owner of Comfort Travel and Cruise Holidays, will lead us through his journeys around the world (he's visited more than 100 countries!) where he's had a front row view to some of the world's most historic cities and towns from many of Europe's most beautiful rivers. 

About the Speaker: 
Mark Comfort is co-owner of Cruise Holidays Kansas City, Comfort Tours and Travel, and Comfort Investments with his wife, Mimi Comfort.
This year Mark and Mimi are celebrating 28 years in business together owning and operating Cruise Holidays of Kansas City and Comfort Tours and Travel. Mark and Mimi Comfort have two children: Andrea, 35, who is now an immigration lawyer in Kansas City, and Spencer, 32, who works for Vail Resorts and lives in Dillon, Colorado.  Mark and Mimi reside in Platte City, Missouri and have a second home in Copper Mountain, Colorado – Mark’s favorite getaway place!

Cruise Holidays staff call Mark, the VOICE of Cruise Holidays as Mark has been the host of a one hour local radio show on vacations, called Vacation Views, every Saturday for the last 18 years.  And his comment is that he does have a face for radio. 

He has traveled to 99 countries so far, and  India will be Mark's 100th country in late February of this year. And while Mark has been on well over 100 cruises on most lines, he is enjoys learning the world of all inclusive vacations and now river cruises.

Mark and Mimi have had numerous awards over the years, winning the top producer award, called the Franchise of the Year award, for their franchise, Cruise Holidays, 24 out of their 27 full years in business.  On April 23rd, 2015, Mark and Mimi were honored as the 12 and 13th travel agents to be inducted into the Cruise Industries HALL OF FAME, for lifetime achievement.
