DT | Taking Ourselves to a Higher Level with Mayor Kay Barnes part I - 12:30 p.m.

This series will provide an opportunity to reflect on our personal and/or professional lives, and assess our strengths and how to use them as a springboard to a greater sense of internal serenity and external focus. 

Managing change and refining our personal "presence" will be highlighted topics.   Each participants will also identify next steps in fulfilling her life plan through personal assessments, skill-building approaches, and cutting-edge techniques.

Kay Waldo Barnes is a nationally recognized consultant and trainer who has developed a unique foundation of learning and experience in education, human resource and organizational development. Kay has over 25 years of professional and volunteer experience interfacing among political, corporate, governmental and not-for-profit sectors in the community to initiate and facilitate positive change. She holds a strong ability to conceptualize, problem solve, communicate practical alternatives and develop long-term goals.
