Life is all about balance. It’s easy to neglect taking care of ourselves because we’re busy and overwhelmed with work, life, and all of the responsibilities that are tied to them. LaToyia Mays is the Co-founder of The Laya Center, a Holistic Wellness Spa that specializes in managing chronic conditions and self-care routines. The benefits of self-care include reducing the negative effects of stress, preventing “overload burnout” and helping you to refuel your mind and body.
During this evening workshop, LaToyia will teach participants about the importance of taking care of yourself, and provide engaging tools and tips to practice self-care every day. She will lead a 30 minute yoga and meditation, followed by three workshop stations. Guests may chose from
