DT | US Bank CEO Series with Wendy Reynolds, CEO, Morrill & Janes Bank

Wendy Reynolds is the new CEO at Morrill & Janes bank and brings a leadership culture that will take the bank to its next level of success. As one of only a couple female bank CEO’s in Kansas City, she will share perspective on leading in a predominantly male industry. Wendy has a vision that positions Morrill & Janes to be very engaged in the community and recognized as an effective leader in advancing diversity and inclusion.

Speaker Bio:

Wendy joined Heartland Financial in 2011 and has nearly 25 years of consumer and commercial banking experience. Since joining Heartland, Wendy has served in positions of increasing responsibility including: Summit Bank & Trust Branch President, Centennial Bank and Trust Senior Vice President & Senior Lending Officer, and Centennial Bank and Trust Executive Vice President & Commercial Banking Manager. In 2018, Wendy was named President and CEO of Morrill & Janes Bank and Trust.
 
Wendy, a Colorado native, earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver. She relocated to Kansas City with her husband and two daughters. Together, they enjoy exploring the local parks and trails.
