Pam Jeffords is a Partner at Mercer and a national expert on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She speaks regularly to Fortune 500s on diversity as a strategy for growth and has been featured in numerous publications, including the National Association of Corporate Directors and Fortune magazine.
Pam advises global employers on how they can take a holistic approach to enhancing gender diversity and inclusion in their organization. Prior to joining Mercer, Pam held sales leadership positions in the telecommunication industry for MCI, Qwest and PAETEC. During her 25-year career, she has been involved in various women’s initiatives, always striving to understand the lack of progress in gender diversity at the leadership and board levels. Pam joined Mercer because of the focus and commitment the leadership has around solving for this gap.
Pam currently sits on the board for a Global Women’s Network, The Vx, is an advisory Board Member for HotStraw, a member of the NACD, an investor in The JumpFund and has served as Chair of Women United for the Mile High United Way.
Pam holds an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Pam lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and four children.
