Woman: Uncovered speaks to the effects of muting the authentic self in order to succeed and belong in the workplace.
This engaging two-part series includes the discussion of a professional woman's intersectionality, the Implicit work culture she lives in, and the crazy barriers of this imposter syndrome. Participants will experience fun learning games and real-time polling for maximized engagement.
Participants will gain tools to live in their authenticity in the workplace; master imposter syndrome; and gain useful data from empirical research studies.
