Dionne King leads a thriving executive leadership firm that specializes in diversity and inclusion. Headquartered in Kansas City, her firm provides boldly creative services that develop businesses and empower professionals to excel.

Dionne provides leadership strategies and effectuating change for global firms and non-profit organizations. She has worked to meld cross- cultural and multi-generational AmLaw 100 and 200 firms of 1000+ attorneys and employees. Dionne is versed in race relations, strategic inclusion initiatives, business case development, cultural competency, leadership development and alternative dispute resolution. 

Over the years, Dionne's expertise has been sought out by an impressive list of companies and firms. As a result, her work has influenced the policies, personnel development, business operations and community relations practices of the many organizations served. 

Dionne is often featured as a keynote speaker at national conferences, universities, law firms, police departments, government agencies, federal programs, professional organizations, town hall meetings, non-profit businesses and religious organizations.
