Woman: Uncovered speaks to the effects of muting the authentic self in order to succeed and belong in the workplace.
In part two of this engaging two-part series, we will discuss the professional woman's intersectionality, the implicit work culture she lives in, and the crazy barriers of this imposter syndrome. Participants will experience fun learning games and real-time polling for maximized engagement.
Participants will gain tools to live in their authenticity in the workplace; master imposter syndrome; and gain useful data from empirical research studies.
Speaker Bio:

Over the years, Dionne's expertise has been sought out by an impressive list of companies and firms. As a result, her work has influenced the policies, personnel development, business operations and community relations practices of the many organizations served.
Dionne is often featured as a keynote speaker at national conferences, universities, law firms, police departments, government agencies, federal programs, professional organizations, town hall meetings, non-profit businesses and religious organizations.
A strong proponent of education, Dionne earned a Master of Science in Management at Friends University and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Studies at Drake University. She is an approved mediator who handles civil and domestic matters.
Dionne is a proud mommy. She is also an activist for homeless mothers in the community and was recognized by the Ford Motor Company with the Unsung Hero Award for her community service in Ghana, Dominican Republic, England and the United States. In her professional and personal life, she enjoys working with people who want to become champions of positive change.
