Woman: Uncovered speaks to the effects of muting the authentic self in order to succeed and belong in the workplace.
In part two of this engaging two-part series, we will discuss the professional woman's intersectionality, the implicit work culture she lives in, and the crazy barriers of this imposter syndrome. Participants will experience fun learning games and real-time polling for maximized engagement.
Participants will gain tools to live in their authenticity in the workplace; master imposter syndrome; and gain useful data from empirical research studies.
