Women with Wisdom Special Interest Group helps navigate the needs of a growing and dynamic demographic within CX – members 55+ --  with relevant programming tailored to our age group.  The purpose of this group is to develop a community of like-minded yet diverse women to share wisdom and expertise to encourage life-long learning.  We focus on repurposing ourselves and our time, making the most of the next stage of life.  CX members gather to hear and learn from life experiences of a different member each month.  Join us as we present engaging topics, and share resources in a casual, conversational setting.

Ruth Rider-Seck was born and raised in Kansas City.  Having lived the majority of her life in the Northland.  For 30+ Years she was with one Company rising to upper management.  After leaving the Staffing Industry she has spent the last 15+ years in sales.  Currently a Licensed Independent Insurance agent with a focus on Medicare and Medicare Products.

Ruth has been a Central Exchange member since 1992 and belongs to several other professional and professional women’s organizations.  She is the Chairman of her parish’s finance committee and a member of the Greater Kansas City 99’s an international organization of women pilots.  She has co-piloted several Angel Flights and has held a private pilots license since 1986.
