What does it feel like to take the best possible care of yourself each day? What holds you back from practicing self care each day? Join Professional Certified Coach Sarah Uchytil as she guides you through the benefits of incorporating self care in your daily life.
Each attendee will walk away with their own personal daily, weekly, monthly and annual Extreme Self Care plan. Sarah will also lead the group through a 45 minute gentle flow yoga and meditation class. Participants will experience the power of meditation though the guided and silent meditations.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat!

Sarah incorporates meditation into her coaching sessions to empower her clients to GROW and S-T-R-E-T-C-H even further than they thought possible. Meditation is a powerful tool to dissolve limiting beliefs and remove road blocks which get in her client’s way.
