What does it feel like to take the best possible care of yourself each day? What holds you back from practicing self care each day? Join Professional Certified Coach Sarah Uchytil as she guides you through the benefits of incorporating self care in your daily life.
Each attendee will walk away with their own personal daily, weekly, monthly and annual Extreme Self Care plan. Sarah will also lead the group through a 45 minute gentle flow yoga and meditation class. Participants will experience the power of meditation though the guided and silent meditations.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat!
Speaker Bio:

She works with individuals on topics including personal development, life balance, leadership skills, resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, networking strategies, interview skills, salary negotiation, job transition and goal setting.
In 2015, Sarah became a certified yoga instructor to deepen her personal yoga practice over the past 15 years and to learn the best practices of yoga & meditation to share and incorporate with her coaching clients.
Sarah incorporates meditation into her coaching sessions to empower her clients to GROW and S-T-R-E-T-C-H even further than they thought possible. Meditation is a powerful tool to dissolve limiting beliefs and remove road blocks which get in her client’s way.
