Collaborative leadership is about uniting and motivating people towards a shared purpose. This can be difficult because of personalities, personal agendas, misaligned goals, and the lack of collaboration skills. However, with the skills and knowledge to be a collaborative leader, you can overcome these challenges and inspire people towards shared outcomes, unified relationships, and taking responsibility to follow through with commitments.
Key Topics
- Facilitate collaborative decision-making by asking the right questions, listening with focus, and capturing ideas.
- Create a collaborative environment where people are motivated to work together, resolve issues, and discover optimal outcome.
- Recognize what motives people to show up, work with commitment, and engage with others.
Who Should Attend
Anyone who is responsible for inspiring others to work together towards a shared purpose. This will include team leaders, supervisors, managers, or project managers.
