Description

Workplace Healing: An Innovative Approach to Healing in the Workplace after Your Employee or Co-Worker Experiences a Life Disruption

Join Workplace Healing LLC co-founders, Mindy Corporon and Lisa Cooper, as they share innovative techniques to healing in the workplace. We all experience life disruptions such as divorce, family challenges, loss of a loved one. When an employee or co-worker experiences a grief, trauma, or life disruption, our teams need practical tools and guidelines on how to respond and re-engage their team member. In this presentation, Mindy and Lisa will provide an overview of their Corporate H.O.P.E. Workshop.

Together we will...
  • Learn the importance of awareness and empathy in the workplace.
  • Discover tangible “do’s and don’ts” when an employee returns to work.
  • Realize the significance of purpose in today’s talent recruitment and employee retention needs.

Speaker Bios
Mindy Corporon was the CEO of a wealth management company in KC, and after the murders of her father and son by a white supremacist, her life mission changed to helping others re-integrate into work, regardless of their level of tragedy. After the death of her mother, Lisa Cooper began helping others through their grief journey to find hope after loss. Mindy and Lisa bring storytelling and shared experiences to their heart-felt presentations.
