Speaker Bio: Virginia Wells
Virginia Wells has conducted more than 1,200 customized workshops, seminars and board retreats on a variety of leadership topics. As an executive coach and facilitator, she masterminded strategic planning sessions that helped board members and executives turn their visons into reality. She especially enjoys helping leaders solve complex problems by “activating their brilliance and teaching them how to think differently.” Prior to joining SkillPath, Virginia enjoyed a successful sales career in real estate, earning her place as the No. 2 RE/MAX agent in her state. Today, she provides business training and specializes in teaching leaders how to think creatively, focus and foster innovation in their companies.
