The Annual Meeting is free and open to all current Central Exchange Members. We look forward to sharing with you the many things you have helped us accomplish over the last year, as well as stepping into another year of positive growth for Central Exchange in 2023. New this year – the annual meeting is hybrid! Join us in-person at UMKC Bloch for lunch or virtually via zoom. No matter how you attend, we can't wait to see you there!
A quorum is required to conduct business, meaning 10% of our active members in good standing must be present or submit vote by proxy online. Register today to help us meet the quorum. If you are not able to attend this hybrid meeting live, or you would like to vote early, please make your vote online by January 13, 2023 at 12pm. Your vote is needed!
