It's that time of year again to celebrate Central Exchange's accomplishments, do a little business, and highlight the future focus of 2023!

- Nominating Committee's slate of Board of Directors
- Central Exchange Officers of the Board
- Appointments to the Nominating Committee

Share the highlights of 2023 and talk about what's coming up at Central Exchange in 2024
The Annual Meeting is free and open to all current Central Exchange Members. We look forward to sharing with you the many things you have helped us accomplish over the last year, as well as stepping into another year of positive growth for Central Exchange in 2024. Join us in-person at UMKC Bloch for lunch at 11:30 am followed by the Annual Meeting at Noon. We can't wait to see you there!
A quorum is required to conduct business, meaning 10% of our active members in good standing must be present or submit vote by proxy online. Register by January 16th to help us meet the quorum. If you are not able to attend this meeting live, or you would like to vote early, please make your vote online by January 18, 2024 at 12pm. The link will be provided in early January!
