Melea McRae is the Founder & CEO of Crux, a nationally recognized marketing leadership and growth firm helping companies achieve intentional growth through fractional executive expertise.
A marketing leader for more than three decades and an entrepreneur for the last decade, Melea founded Crux in 2016 to create a smarter way for growing organizations to access senior-level marketing leadership. Under her leadership, Crux has been named to the Inc. 5000 list five consecutive years, recognized as an Inc. Best Workplace, honored three times as a Kansas City Business Journal Champion of Business and inducted into the publication's Hall of Champions.
A connector, speaker, mentor and advocate for entrepreneurship, Melea is passionate about helping organizations accelerate growth and redefining how companies think about marketing leadership. You will receive an email from UMKC Parking 24-48 hours prior to the program. This will include a personalized link to the parking registration portal. To complete registration, you will enter your vehicle information, including your license plate number.
Parking is available in the Cherry Street Garage and you are able to park in Lot 12, Lot 14 or Lot 19, or any of the other lots in red on the map (see here).
