Jasmine Simmons is in her second year at Adidas North America. She the Adidas brand as a Sr Director of Technology and just finished a stint as acting Vice President of Technology North America. She is a Kansas City MO native, by way of LA and a die hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. Married with two kids, Jasmine has a daughter who just started her Junior year at Arizona State University, (go Sun Devils!) and a son who just started 1st grade.
Prior to joining Adidas, Jasmine spent the past 14 years at Hallmark Cards. She started in the IT department as a developer and ended her tenure there as a Director of IT supporting the Global Supply Chain. Jasmine has a Computer Engineering degree from Iowa State University, and therefore a passion for STEM. She continues to be actively engaged in several employee resource groups and actually co-founded one of her own--appropriately titled 'Hallmark Women in Tech (HWiT'). She believes such an organization to be a key component in support of women in corporate America. It's imperative in this regard for all to know there are supporters, advocates and allies in leadership roles to foster and further assist with potential career path support/guidance and opportunities. This is very near and dear to her as she herself was a young female in a male dominant field.
Jasmine is all in and anything family - her favorite pastime is hanging out with her kiddos/family, shopping, sports (including attending sporting events) and community engagement. She has a passion for traveling, mentoring young ladies interested in Tech and collecting vinyl-- LPs, in particular!
Jasmine was awarded the 2021 Groundbreaking Leadership STEMMy Award.
