Irini Charalampopoulou, is a Certified Executive and Career Coach, guiding high-achieving women in banking and finance to reduce overwhelm, recognize their true value, and lead with confidence. She is passionate about helping them redefine success, focusing on doing what matters most rather than constantly doing more.
After earning a Master’s in Banking and Finance, Irini spent nearly 14 years at Morgan Stanley in London, managing relationships and investment strategies for top-tier entrepreneurs and family offices. She balanced a demanding career while raising two young boys, gaining deep insight into the challenges ambitious professional women face.
Since relocating to Kansas City two years ago, Irini has been building a new network from scratch while maintaining her global connections. She now helps women grow their influence and succeed in all areas of life, leading with purpose and impact.
She lives in Overland Park with her husband, two teenagers, and two cats. When she’s not running her business or managing a busy household, she enjoys connecting with people, hosting dinner parties, travelling, and taking walks in nature.
