With nearly 25 years of experience of marketing, advertising, public relations and sales experience, Sarah Williams has developed and implemented marketing programs that assists insurance agents and financial advisors with branding, awareness, lead generation, credibility, social media and digital presence. Sarah joined the CreativeOne marketing team in 2011.

As Vice President of Marketing Communications at CreativeOne, Sarah works closely with CreativeOne prospects and clients to assist them with implementing efficient and proven marketing strategies to ensure a plan is in place to grow their practice. 

Sarah also serves as CreativeOne’s chief ambassador and communicates how marketing and practice management can help agents and advisors expand their practices. She leads the education channel, recruiting prospective agents and advisors who want to join CreativeOne. Her knowledge of marketing, combined with her embodiment of CreativeOne’s philosophy, make her a formidable leader in this ever-changing industry.

Sarah also speaks at numerous events throughout the United States to advisors to assist them to understand the value of branding themselves, having a strong digital presence as well as assisting with client acquisition opportunities. 

She also leads the Agent Education channel, charged with recruiting prospective agents to attend events and seminars to learn first-hand about the CreativeOne philosophy, services offered, and how the company can partner with producers to navigate the every-changing industry.
CreativeOne’s female only networking group, “CreativeWomen” was founded in 2019 by Sarah. The group works with hundreds of females in the industry to help them collaborate, network and share ideas in a male-dominated industry.

Previously with CreativeOne, Sarah in multiple positions served as a Director of Marketing Services, and managed the annuity channels, marketing programs and corporate B2B messaging that the CreativeOne sales team and producers use to engage prospects and clients. She also administered and spearheaded CreativeOne’s Business Accelerator incentive program used by advisors to jumpstart their marketing efforts. 

As a servant leader, Sarah has been part of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) board since 2020 by serving multiple positions including membership chair, education chair and chapter leader.  Her passion is to help attract, develop and advance women in our industry.  She sees there is a need to show women the importance of mentorship, networking and community. Additionally, she co-founded the Kansas City WIFS chapter in 2019.

Sarah joined the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) in 2023 because she understands the need for advocacy from legislation and adverse regulations.
