She has had an extraordinary 26 years-long career at Sprint and now T-Mobile, where she leads various brand and marketing initiatives. She is an accomplished executive leader with deep experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and change in the technology and telecommunications industry. With a career spanning from entry level program manager to Vice President, she has built a reputation for driving results, leading high-performing teams, and helping organizations navigate periods of significant evolution.
Tracy joined Sprint in November 1999 and started as a program manager on the Advertising team doing everything from managing the Affiliate markets, building Brand Guidelines and producing her first ever National TV campaign. In 2006, she took over as Director of Advertising and Digital Communications for the new Sprint Nextel Corporation and in 2015, was promoted to Vice President of Brand, Advertising and Social. From there, it was always her dream to have an in-house creative and production studio, so she proposed a business plan to build YellowFan Studios, Sprint’s first-ever, fully functioning, in-house studio.
In 2020, during the merger with T-Mobile, Tracy was retained to rebuild and reimagine the new in-house creative and production team. T-Studios began with 120 employees and today, is made up of more than 250 partners. The key areas of focus are brand storytelling, promotions, executive communications, employee partnerships, product launches, local communications, sponsorship comms, PR support, network and customer care communications. The work ranges from digital, video, social, email, SMS and just about any means needed to communicate the T-Mobile and Metro brands. In 2025 alone, T-Studios produced over 26,000 assets and realized over $120M is production savings for the company.
Prior to Sprint and T-Mobile, Tracy spent six years in Marketing with Harrah’s Casino Entertainment heading up various Marketing teams where she was responsible for Special Events, Promotions, Public Relations, Advertising and Player Retention development.
She graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Business Administration and Public Relations. She is currently an active member of the UCM Alumni Foundation Board, the UCM Cardinal & Black Athletics Board and loves being able to contribute to her alma mater. She was born and raised in Clinton, Missouri and is the daughter of Berry & Judy Beebe. While she is always a Missouri girl at heart, she now happily resides in Leawood, Kansas, with her husband Matt, their 15 year old daughter, Bebe, a fuzzy Labradoodle named Ozzy and a Sheba Inu named Mika.
