IN-PERSON | Your Happiness Plan
Are you ready to take control of your happiness? Research suggests that you control more of your happiness than you think, and the benefits in terms of health, career, and civil impact make it a valuable pursuit. In this presentation, certified life coach Lisa Nickel will help you determine what you need to live a deeply satisfying life, learn research-based techniques to add connection, engagement, and meaning, and then identify (and mitigate) obstacles that get in the way. Customize a plan to intentionally incorporate more happiness in your life.
Lisa Nickel is happy by nature, but also intentionally cultivates happiness in her life and she wants to help you be happier too! In her practice as a certified life coach and happiness specialist, Lisa provides one-on-one coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements to share proven research and tools that support others in building deeply satisfying and meaningful lives. When she is not coaching, Lisa spreads happiness through volunteer work, knocking things off her yearly fun list with her husband, and wishing her three grown sons would call home more often!
