Robin Ferguson, RN, MSOD, MCC Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant
Robin leverages her extensive leadership experience with an unwavering belief in people’s potential, to foster a safe and authentic environment where leaders can tackle their toughest challenges and explore ways to lead more effectively. Robin brings a wealth of expertise in the leadership and organizational development fields and is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, representing 15 years and over 2500 hours of leadership and executive coaching experience. In addition, she has held executive level leadership roles, helped found a leadership institute and coaching program for a regional health care system, and served as faculty in the area of leadership and organizational development psychology for a major university.
