About the Presenter...Janelle Lee has been a nurse for over 20 years.  Her career has taken her from the world of caring directly for patients into the realm of caring for a workforce.  She methodically worked her way through her education, starting as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and ultimately obtained a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration from Mid American Nazarene University. From there, she subsequently held several leadership positions in the clinical operations of healthcare.  Her passion for a healthy workplace, ongoing growth and development, as well as ensuring a trusted relationship among employees with support staff and leaders led to her current position of Vice President of Talent Services (HR/OD) at Mosaic Life Care.
