If you look anywhere on the Internet or read any leadership or human resource magazine article or blog, employee engagement will surely arise. So, how does culture drive engagement, or does it? This interactive seminar will explore what employee satisfaction is, what engagement means, whether the culture of an organization has a direct impact, and what a leader's role is within this paradigm. There will also be an exploration of how high performing and informal leaders within an organization can assist in the journey to an engaged workforce. Please join us for an exciting, interactive session on your role in driving engagement.
