By sharing our stories of courage, we will create a society of passionate and vision-driven women who will one day lead our world. We will uncover the mask and step through fear by setting an example, sharing pain, tears, and stories. 

The Courage Coalition is the vision of Shelley Armato, co-founder of Mysmartplans. Shelley has a mission to transform lives like she has done in the construction industry. Being an entrepreneur takes a lot of courage, so Shelley surrounds herself with others that step out and change the world!
