Lisa St. Aubyn has 24 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. Her expertise is recruiting talent and turning around under-performing operations and organizations. A graduate of The University of Kansas School of Social Welfare, Lisa is a lifelong native of Kansas City with an extensive history of behavioral health leadership. Prior to becoming Signature Psychiatric Hospital's CEO, Lisa was the CEO of HCA Research Psychiatric Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She has also provided oversight of multiple hospitals as a Vice President of Operations for HCA and Horizon Health.
