  • Nominating Committee's slate of Board of Directors
  • Appointments to the Nominating Committee
• Thank outgoing Board Chair, Ellen Fairchild, and welcome incoming Board Chair Elect, Anna Randazzo
•  Share the highlights of 2021 and talk about what's coming up at Central Exchange in 2022

The Annual Meeting is free and open to all current Central Exchange Members. We look forward to sharing with you the many things you have helped us accomplish over the last year, as well as stepping into another year of positive growth for Central Exchange in 2022.

A quorum is required to conduct business, meaning 10% of our active members in good standing must be present or submit vote by proxy. Register today to help us meet the quorum.
