Courtney Krusemark is a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Nurse Coach. She utilizes extensive nursing experience to empower women at risk for diabetes to lose weight, stop sugar cravings and regain energy naturally. After nearly 20 years as an ICU and ER nurse she discovered that vague symptoms of excess weight, low energy, sugar cravings and mental fog are NOT normal parts of aging. She believes there is a better way. A better way to live life, full of energy, mental clarity and free of excess weight, paralyzing cravings and chronic disease.
