Lessons in Leadership is for leaders eager to grow. Join fellow CXers on the 1st Tuesday of every month for a conversation about a relevant leadership topic to grow in knowledge, learn from others, and identify ways to stretch yourself.
Each month our Lessons in Leadership facilitator, Julie Klima, will interview a guest presenter who will share their experience and philosophies about leadership. Our special guest for August is Bonnie Hagemann, CEO of EDA, Inc. formerly known as Executive Development Associates. EDA is a progressive firm using its HR/Culture Tech platform and it 39 year history of top-of-the-house executive development to create compelling cultures and advance the strategy of the companies we serve.

She is on the business council for business council for global illuminator Exponent.org, an organization founded at Google that is working to advance gender equality by influencing the highest levels of power, influence and decision-making. And, she is the lead author of a new inspirational leadership book called The Courage to Advance: Real Life Resilience from the World’s Most Successful Women in Business.
Bonnie Hagemann is also a renowned expert in visionary leadership and workforce trends and the CEO of EDA, Inc. premium human capital brand with a powerful CultureTech platform and services that help companies create and maintain compelling cultures where employees are key stakeholders and feel like an important part of the organization’s story.
