Session Two: Advocate with Confidence
Making the case for yourself, your team, and your ideas
Whether seeking resources, proposing a new initiative, or championing a team's needs, effective advocacy is a critical leadership skill. This session focuses on building persuasive communication strategies that help participants present compelling cases, navigate organizational dynamics, and gain support from key stakeholders. Attendees will leave with practical frameworks for speaking up with confidence, overcoming hesitation, and increasing their influence in the workplace.
