Negotiation extends far beyond salary discussions. It is a daily leadership skill that shapes relationships, decisions, and results. In this session, participants will learn how to approach negotiations with a collaborative mindset and manage resistance productively. Attendees will develop strategies for influencing decisions, building consensus, and achieving outcomes that create value for all parties involved.
