"Belonging in Action" is a transformative program designed to equip leaders and organizations with the tools and insights necessary to foster inclusive, equitable, and thriving workplace cultures. Grounded in Dr. Sansberry’s behavioral science research and expertise, this course draws from his extensive research on toxic leadership, human capital strategy, and organizational culture. Participants will learn how to proactively create environments where every employee feels a genuine sense of belonging, leading to improved well-being and organizational performance.

Dr. Kevin Sansberry II is a behavioral scientist, executive coach, and organizational consultant specializing in toxic leadership, human capital strategy, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. As the founder of KEVRA Consulting, he provides research-based solutions to help organizations eliminate toxic behaviors and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Dr. Sansberry has worked across various sectors, including professional sports, higher education, and corporate environments, helping leaders transform their organizations. He is also the host of the Toxic Leadership Podcast, a platform that explores workplace culture and leadership challenges.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, with research focused on abusive supervision and its impact on organizational culture. Dr. Sansberry is a recognized thought leader in leadership transformation and employee well-being, dedicated to creating thriving, equitable workplaces.
