Speaker Bio
With over seven years of experience working on water/wastewater engineering projects, DeeAnn Turpin currently works at Hazen and Sawyer from TransendH2O, where she was an independent consultant. Prior to TranscendH2O, she was an Environmental Engineer at Bechtel Oil, Gas, and Chemicals where her responsibilities included water/wastewater treatment process design, technical report development, vendor bid reviews, and international experience performing process/project engineering. She earned her M.S. degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University, with a focus on nutrient removal from wastewater, and her B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering from Kansas State University. DeeAnn holds an E.I.T. license in Colorado.
