VIRTUAL PROGRAM | Introduction to the Enneagram
Haley Grayless and Kiley Salmons will be teaching about the Enneagram and explaining all 9 types. This workshop will introduce the Enneagram- a model of human personality. You'll learn a basic foundation of what the Enneagram is, each Enneagram type, and how to use the Enneagram to help your teams understand themselves and one another! We'll keep it foundational and professional.

Haley Grayless has a passion for people. Helping others find satisfaction in the workplace is the inspiration behind her work in organizational development. With over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit world, Haley understands the importance of building and creating a company culture that allows leaders and employees to feel empowered by optimizing their talents, in turn improving employee engagement and positively impacting business results. Haley is the CEO & Founder of Växa Collective where she helps organizations improve workplace culture through customized leadership development and employee engagement experiences. She also consults with Perspective Consulting through a strategic partnership using the tool The Predictive Index. As a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Haley earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication with minors in Leadership & Public Service and Religious Studies, and earned a master’s degree with honors in Organizational Development from Avila University.
Kiley Salmons joined Växa Collective in the Fall of 2019 as the Director of Marketing and Operations. With a bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master of Arts in Counseling, Kiley is passionate about creating content that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but that is engaging and connects people together. Her utmost desire is for people to feel known and seen for who they are and getting to work alongside Haley and using her creative gifts, she gets to see both of those things happen within organizations and amongst teams in the workplace
