VIRTUAL PROGRAM | Psychological Safety: The Tool to Building a High Performing Team

VIRTUAL PROGRAM | Psychological Safety: The Tool to Building a High Performing Team

Sharing thoughts can be intimidating in meetings, there is the fear of being ridiculed. Psychological safety for yourself and others is neglected in the workplace sometimes — learn how to become a respective listener to other's unique and innovative ideas, and be confident in your own as well.
“Psychological safety” refers to a state in which team members feel comfortable taking risks and appearing vulnerable in front of each other — necessary ingredients for creativity, curiosity and diversity of ideas. This concept is the most critical element to a successful, high-performing team. In this session, you will learn how to create a culture of psychological safety in your organization.

During this program you will…

  • Discover what psychological safety is and why it is important
  • Identify ways you can implement psychological safety into your organization
  • Learn from examples of how implementing psychological safety has proven successful for companies
