With over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit world, Haley understands the importance of building and creating a company culture that allows leaders and employees to feel empowered by optimizing their talents, in turn improving employee engagement and positively impacting business results. Haley is the CEO & Founder of Växa Collective where she helps organizations improve workplace culture through customized leadership development and employee engagement experiences. She also consults with Perspective Consulting through a strategic partnership using the tool The Predictive Index. As a proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Haley earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication with minors in Leadership & Public Service and Religious Studies, and earned a master’s degree with honors in Organizational Development from Avila University.
