VIRTUAL | The Composed Leader | Trauma-Informed Leadership: Leading with Confidence Under Pressure
The Composed Leader is a three-part virtual series designed to help women lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency in high-pressure environments. Each session builds practical leadership skills, from managing stress and navigating difficult conversations to sustaining performance over time. Participants can expect to strengthen their presence, increase their influence, and lead effectively without burnout.
In high-pressure environments, how leaders respond to stress (both their own and their team’s) can shape trust, performance, and culture. This session introduces a trauma-informed approach to leadership, helping participants better understand how stress impacts behavior, communication, and decision-making. Attendees will learn practical strategies to remain steady under pressure, navigate emotionally charged situations and lead with both authority and empathy. The result is stronger teams, reduced conflict, and a leadership presence that builds resilience rather than reactivity.
Angela Webber is known for her servant heart, meeting every person she encounters with a deep commitment to help them succeed. Drawing from a lifetime of experience and an innate ability to recognize the emotional triggers that hold people back, she never leaves anyone feeling defeated—instead, she transforms even small moments into powerful teaching opportunities for growth within her home, workplace, and community.
Guided by unwavering integrity, her purpose extends not only to being the best customer herself but also to equipping others to master both the art of service and the craft of being a great customer. Her trainings and keynote presentations are infused with hard-won wisdom drawn from decades of hands-on work and shaped by her own resilience in overcoming early-life traumas, a journey she shares openly in her award-winning book, Behind the Big Red Door. Rather than letting hardship define her, Angie used it as a foundation for strength, empathy, and grace—enabling her to spot and support those in pain and inspire them to move from hiding to hope. Through clear, compassionate communication and practical strategies, she empowers others to achieve lasting transformation and to live and serve with renewed joy, purpose, and success.
