VIRTUAL | Yes, And: The Art of Collaborative Communication | Deep Listening & Connection

VIRTUAL | Yes, And: The Art of Collaborative Communication | Deep Listening & Connection

This 3-part interactive workshop explores how intentional communication strengthens relationships, builds trust, and fosters meaningful impact—at work, in community, and everywhere in between. Through experiential exercises, reflection, and discussion, participants will develop practical communication skills rooted in listening, presence, and curiosity, building confidence to communicate with empathy, influence, and creativity.

Each session you’ll walk away:
  • Aware: A clearer understanding of how listening, presence, and curiosity shape communication, and where habits and assumptions get in the way.
  • Engaged: Experiential exercises in breakout rooms, followed by guided group debriefs that deepen insight and shared learning.
  • Grounded: Practical, human-centered tools you can use immediately to communicate with empathy, confidence, and intention at work, in life, and everywhere in between.

Session 1: Deep Listening & Connection
