Arvest Bank Presents: Conversations from The Top | Diversity & Inclusion Panel

l of an organization.

Join us for an engaging conversation, where you will learn from key Kansas City leaders who have made D & I work their central focus. Andrea Hendricks is Deputy Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City, and Michael Gonzalez now Co-Founder of the Diversity and Inclusion Consortium and formerly the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Hallmark will share their best practices, lessons learned and greatest opportunities for growth. Learn how to start, strengthen and grow the D & I initiatives within your organization to enhance company success, employee satisfaction and retention.

Thank you to our partners at Arvest Bank for making this program series possible!
