Kim led recruiting for P&G at Northwestern's Kellogg Business School for five years. Prior to that, she led interviews for P&G in sales at the University of Missouri. Most recently while at Lee, Kim has hired or promoted a number of people as she built out her team. Through all of that, Kim has learned a lot about what to do and what not to do in interviews. She has seen some of the best and some of the worst. In fact, Kim has plans to write a book about "How to NOT be a dumbass in your job interview" -- however, she is still exploring the title! Kim will share thoughts on preparing your interview examples, preparing your questions for the interviewer, how to research the company/opportunity, and other basic logistics. Jennifer Niehouse from 'It's So U' will join Kim as part of this presentation to give a brief overview of what do wear (and what not to wear) in your interview.
