If you are feeling the inevitable stress and strain of an emergency service profession, don't suffer for one more day. Take this important first step on the path to a healthier, happier life. First responders and their adult family members are encouraged to come learn the evidence-based benefits of meditation and mindfulness and discover how to use these powerful tools to mitigate stress, regulate emotion, and improve overall health.
This program is for first-responders: Law Enforcement, Fire Service, EMS, Dispatch, Corrections, Social Workers and other Mental Health Professionals, Military Veterans, and anyone who considers themselves a first responder.
