Communication is key in the workplace. Our biggest stresses at work circulate around communications issues with co-workers, bosses and customers. Sales Coach, Diane O'Byrne as she helps attendees identify the language they speak and then learn to speak the languages of their co-workers and customers for better communication. Diane O'Byrne is a Sales Coach offering personalized, customized training for businesses. She offers sessions for sales teams, support staff and one-on-one individualized coaching. Diane has been a business owner for more than 25 years and has a client base consisting of large corporations as well as small businesses in a variety of industries. She has taught as an adjunct at KU for over 25 years in the MBA program and the Journalism School and has a passion for helping others find their success!
