SUMMARY:VIRTUAL | The Conversation Series | Ask Better Questions
DESCRIPTION:The Conversation Series\n\nThe sales skills nobody taught you that change every professional conversation\n\nA three-part workshop series for Central Exchange members. Each session stands on its own but builds toward a complete framework for having conversations that actually move things forward\, whether you're growing a business\, advancing your career\, or trying to get a good idea off the ground.\n\n \n\nSession 1: Ask Better Questions\n\nMost of us spend too much time talking and not enough time listening. This session introduces discovery as a professional skill: the art of asking questions that uncover what someone actually needs or values before you ever make your case. We'll cover the difference between questions that open a conversation and questions that close it down\, how to get comfortable with silence\, and why the best communicators in any room are almost always the ones asking the most thoughtful questions. Applicable whether you're sitting across from a client\, a colleague\, or a hiring manager.\n\nJoin us for part two and part three!\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nJenna Deyle spent 15 years in industrial distribution\, moving from field sales through supply chain consulting\, government sales\, and general management before leading training and development for nearly 900 employees across a four-state region. She created the Coach and Compete framework\, a structured approach to building real sales skills through competition and coaching\, and presented it at the ATD International Core 4 Conference.\n\nJenna founded Level 3 Sales Coaching\, a Kansas City-based practice that works with B2B sales teams and coaches solopreneurs building a business around what they love.\n\nShe lives in Overland Park with her husband and 9-month-old and is proud to call Kansas City home.
