Leadership Forum
All individuals within an organization take on significance as they represent the organization to the outside world and as they interact within the organization. Their personal leadership, motivation and self-image are key to how they perform, respond, and lead.
According to Leadership Management International,, ?Personal Leadership defined is the self-confident ability to crystallize one?s thinking and establish an exact direction for their life, to commit themselves to moving in that direction, and then to take determined action to acquire, accomplish, or become whatever they identify as their ultimate life goals.?
In other words, personal / professional growth and career success are dependent on the growth of one's leadership skills. At Leadership Forum we offer participants a learning environment each month through stimulating, interactive discussions about leadership concepts, techniques, challenges and experiences. Participants can and do bring questions on real life, real time issues to the group for a confidential discussion and feedback.
