Friday Fun Lunch is a group of assorted, changeable (but not interchangeable) women (usually) who just want to take a break, meet a few people they don't know, and just see what happens, because after all, you always need a fun lunch on a Friday. Anyone who joins us is by definition fun, clever, smart, and ready to have a good time. You can expect no agenda - (though it doesn't mean we're topic-less!) and a great lunch (always). Take time for yourself and join us for the best Friday of your month.

Ever have that feeling that you have way too much to do and don’t have nearly enough time to get everything done? You are not alone! Have you heard of “time poverty?” Could you or someone you know be experiencing time poverty?

While we may not be able to add hours to our day, there are ways we can improve the time we have and actually experience the sense of having more time. Our own “Time Doc”, Dr. Mary Corcoran, has been studying this topic and will help us start the discussion. We’d love to hear your thoughts on this topic as we explore what we can do to get most time out of 24 hours and make our year more productive. We promise, this will not be your typical time management discussion...
